You may create your own box of Notecards by selecting Personalized, completing with your credit card transaction and submitting the form below with your selection/s. The numbers are reflected in the "Canvas Print" selections. You may choose six different photos or a combination to equal the total of six cards.

Record the photo number/s on the form and then select the Personalized Notecards to complete your order. You may order any number of photos to equal the set total of six cards.
